Conditions of participation Sweepstakes

Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

Duschkraft GmbH reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time.

Eligible to participate are those who live in Germany, have reached the age of 18 and are a fan of BOXIO on Facebook (/boxio.shop) & Instagram (@boxio_shop). Participation is not limited to customers of Duschkraft GmbH.
Employees of Duschkraft GmbH, as well as other persons directly involved in the conception and implementation of this competition, as well as family members of all persons listed above, are not entitled to participate.
Every eligible Facebook & Instagram fan of BOXIO has the chance to become a winner from all participating fans.
The prize will be named in the respective competition. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
To participate in the competition, Facebook & Instagram fans of BOXIO must perform the action specified in the competition - e.g. comment, post a picture, etc. There is no format for commenting by post.
Participation period can be found in the respective post. If no period is specified, a participant can take part in the competition 2 days after publication. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered. The Promoter is not responsible for the availability of (i) any website, computer system or network provided by it or any third party, or (ii) any telecommunications system required to access the Promoter's website or computer systems. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete or late entries, whether due to delays in shipment or incompleteness due to system errors. Furthermore, the organizer assumes no responsibility for entries that are not received or not received in full due to traffic jams, unauthorized intervention by third parties, malfunctions of computer or telecommunications systems or incorrect or failed recording of incoming data transmissions. Proof of dispatch does not count as proof of receipt by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation (a) in the event of manipulations in connection with access to or the implementation of the competition (b) violations of these conditions of participation (c) unfair trading or (d) false or misleading Information related to participation in this sweepstakes.
The winner will be determined within 7 days from all participants based on the number of likes of his comment. The winner will be notified via PM (private message) and the delivery or collection of the prize will be coordinated. The decision is binding. The legal process is excluded. If a winner does not report to collect their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen.
The Conditions of Participation and disputes or differences of opinion in connection with them are subject to German law.
The data entered by the participant in connection with participation in this competition will be saved. The organizer is entitled to use the stored data for product information and advertising purposes if these could be of interest to the participant and the participant has consented.
