1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Duschkraft GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over residing in Europe. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

Participation in the competition takes place on the boxio.de website and by subsequently registering for the newsletter on the special "boxio.de" page. Participation is free and does not require a purchase or order.

Participation is open to those aged 18 and over, only in Europe. Winners will be notified exclusively via email.

6. Determination of the winners

The winners will be randomly selected from all correctly registered participants after the competition ends. The winners will be notified via email.

7. Data protection

Note on data processing and declaration of consent for the competition

To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information. The organizer undertakes to comply with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To hand over and deliver the prizes, it is necessary to share personal data (e.g., name, address, email address) with the respective sponsors or cooperation partners who provide, ship, or process the prize. The sponsors and cooperation partners are obligated to process the data received in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided may be forwarded to the sponsors of the selected prizes. Participation in the competition is not possible without this consent.

Consent can be revoked at any time with future effect. However, revoking consent will result in participation in the competition no longer being possible, and any prize already won will no longer be awarded.

Participants have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored at any time, as well as to request the correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of this data. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that he/she has read the above-mentioned data protection regulations and expressly consents to the described processing and transfer of personal data.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical problems that affect participation in the competition or the determination of the winners.

9. Changes to the terms and conditions and termination of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to change the competition terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons.

10. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining competition terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. The law of the country in which the organizer is based shall apply.
